Ra Yosef and Aisaba

Ra Yosef and Aisaba's Biograpy

Ra Yosef and Aisaba both have roots in New Orleans, Ra being born and raised and Aisaba with family here while being born in The Bay area in California. They are partners in both their business and family. Together, they co-own I-tal Garden, a vegan and plant-based restaurant open Friday through Sunday in the Treme neighborhood on Claiborne Avenue. Ra and Aisaba found alignment as partners, parents, and in their joint pursuit to bring fresh plant-based foods to their communities. Their food service originated as an offering Ra and Aisaba made to their community, offering plant based options, at events around the city in connection with their commitment. Ra is a musician and chef who finds joy in adding healing to both. Aisaba is a birth worker and baker who brings an extra bit of life to all of her work. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I-tal Garden offers a variety of menu items to suit your needs. Build a plate with a protein like BBQ jackfruit ribs, crab-less cakes, crispy cauli wings, or crispy fried mushrooms and add a choice of sides that include vegan mac, creole greens, quinoa jambalaya, and much more. @italgardennola
